These terms govern your use of the Esvara site, the free sample, and the pilot presale of the full pack. Esvara is a product of Obranko. Operated by Harki Ventures LLC ("we", "us").

1. What Esvara is

Esvara is a testing tool: a closed pack of original, synthetic product conversations for evaluating your own AI agents in Mexican, Colombian and Argentine Spanish (plus a neutral Latin American block), with rubrics and a report template. Esvara is not a certification. Results describe performance on this case pack only; they are not a guarantee that an agent will perform in any market, and we will never present them that way.

2. Who may use it

The site, the sample and the pack are intended for business users evaluating their own AI agents. If you accept these terms on behalf of a company or team, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

3. Free sample

The free sample (36 cases, one complete sample rubric, the one-page report template and the scoring method) is provided free of charge, with no payment required. To receive it, you provide a work email, your priority country and the platform you use. The sample is subject to the same license restrictions in section 5 and the same no-certification limits in section 1.

4. Pilot presale of the full pack

• Price: US$299 one-time (pilot presale). The regular reference price is US$499.
• What you get: the full pack — all countries (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina + neutral Latin American block), all four conversation types, chat and voice, canonical JSON + every adapter (Braintrust, LangSmith, Coval, Cekura, Hamming) + the no-platform spreadsheet, rubrics for every case, the report template and the scoring method.
• Delivery: the pack is produced after the first paid presales and is delivered within 4 weeks of payment.
• Refund: if we do not deliver within that period, you get a full refund — not a partial credit and not store credit. To request it, contact hola@obranko.com; refunds go to the original payment method. Refund processing times depend on the payment provider.
• Closed packs only: no custom cases and no consulting. Taxes, fees and currency conversion, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout.

Checkout, when presented, will be processed by the payment provider named at checkout.

5. License

For each pack you purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the pack internally, to evaluate your own AI agents. You may not:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the cases outside your organization;
• publish the cases publicly, include them in public benchmarks or datasets, or use them to train or fine-tune models;
• offer evaluation services to third parties built on these cases;
• present results as a certification, approval or guarantee of market performance.

6. Content

Every case is 100% original and synthetic: invented customers, invented companies, invented order numbers. The pack contains no real customer conversations or transcripts, no exam items, no copyrighted dialogues, and no recordings of real voices — voice cases are scripts with stated accent and conditions, because voice is biometric data and we do not ship it.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The site, the sample and the pack are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site, the sample or a purchased pack is limited to the price you paid for that pack (US$299 for the pilot presale; nothing for the free sample).

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you placed your order governs that order, and we will not use an update to reduce the refund rights attached to an already-paid presale.
